From traineeship to client manager with Georgia

After finishing VCE Georgia was undecided what she wanted to do. With Covid de-railing any gap year travel plans, Georgia decided to go full-time in a part-time role she was working in while at high school. “I knew I wanted to work hard and build a career, but I still couldn’t decide what I wanted to study or if I wanted to go back to study at all? I saw the traineeship job advertised and knew it was exactly what I was looking for – the ability to work full-time and study while on the job, with the opportunity for genuine career progression.”

Georgia started at Beck Legal as a trainee in the Business Services Team learning basic administration tasks whilst completing a Certificate III in Business Administration. Over time Georgia built up her skills, working hard to become a well-rounded member of the team and learning as much as possible about the business.

Georgia says “the staff at Beck Legal constantly supported my aspirations to progress my role in the business and develop my career. I was always given the opportunity to do more and work in the areas that interested me. When I expressed my interest in Wills and Estates a long-term plan was put in place to work towards. I was given training and mentoring to reach my goals and develop my knowledge.”

I love working at Beck Legal because the culture is positive and supportive, and all staff and management work hard and strive to do good. It’s great to work for a business with such exceptional values.”
