Now – Still True to 1971
- Over four decades later, our promise remains unchanged: to serve with integrity, innovate with courage, and lead with heart.

I soon realised that you are only as good as the people around you. As the practice grew I took up more space in the Old Crown and assembled a wonderful group of people. I realised that to keep this team together it was important to have a common goal. So I developed a mission statement. I believe you can never underestimate the importance of a good idea. - Max Beck on the original mission statement made on 10th May 1984
