Meet our team – Shaun Stephenson, Associate Solicitor in the Commercial and Succession Planning Team
Shaun Stephenson is one of our most recent appointed Legal Associates and is an integral part of the Commercial Team.
Shaun joined the Beck Legal team in early 2019, working as a legal assistant in the commercial team while finishing his final year at university.
His role as an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial and Succession Planning Team involves working with a broad range of clients from both large and small business across all different industries and working on an array of general commercial matters with them. Some of the particular types of work he focuses on the Sales and Purchases of Businesses and Equity, Commercial Leasing, Asset Protection, Business Succession Planning and Corporate Governance.
